BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3728 St. Elmo Avenue, being on the southeast line of St. Elmo Avenue northeast of West 38th Street. Lots 4 and 5, Subdivision of Lots 1 to 5 Inclusive of Chattanooga Medicine Company, as shown by plat of record in plat book 15, page 116, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4483, page 81, ROHC. Tax Map No. 155J-D-3 and 4. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Review and approval of building plan by Historic Zoning Commission. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
